Notes

Good to know

The terms every couple asks about before signing — payment, vendors, and what happens when plans move.

Enquire

Phase 1 — a deposit of 70% of the contract value is required upon signing the contract. 100% of the travel expenses must also be paid at this stage.

Phase 2 — the remaining 30% of the contract value must be paid 3 days before the wedding date.

The Bride and Groom sign contracts directly with each vendor and receive all goods and services directly, without going through Fancy.

Fancy is committed to passing on all vendor promotions and discounts to the Bride and Groom whenever applicable.

In the event of an epidemic, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the wedding schedule, Fancy will postpone its services to the couple’s new wedding date in accordance with the signed contract.

If the wedding is cancelled, service fees will be charged based on the contract terms and the contract value.

All package prices exclude travel and accommodation expenses for the Wedding Planning team when the wedding is held outside Hanoi City.
